We use Dotknit fabric, which is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable—ideal for daily wear and sports use.

2. How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s official website using the provided tracking ID.

3. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order ID and details.
Once the order is dispatched, the tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

4. How many days will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Inside Kerala:
• DTDC: 2–4 working days (pickup from DTDC office)
• India Post: 5–7 working days (home delivery)

Outside Kerala:
• 7–14 working days (home delivery)

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and courier operations.

5. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Please note:
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

7. Do you offer a replacement if the product is damaged or incorrect?

Yes, we offer replacements only if:
• A clear unboxing video is shared
• The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
